All rooms are en-suite and decorated to a high standard with a full compliment of facilities available, including; direct dial telephone, complimentary wireless internet, digital television, radio, clock, hairdryer and trouser press. For your comfort we also provide complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and a complement of luxury biscuits together with a room service menu.
Wake up call, shoe shine, laundry and ironing facilities are available upon request as are daily newspapers.
The Peacock Townhouse hotel has a night porter and ample car parking with 24 hours CCTV surveillance.
Superior Double
We have a number of Superior double bedrooms which are decorated in colonial 1920s style with chandeliers, wooden floors, sepia prints, Persian rugs, and Javanese furniture.
The attached en-suite bathrooms are designed to a high specification, lavishly decorated with roman mosaic flooring, oval bath, large shower cubicle with powerful Mira gas showers, heated towel rail and anti-mist mirrors.
Standard Double and Twin
Smaller than our Superior doubles, our double and twin rooms are located in the Main building and adjoining Stable Block. They are ideal for both business and leisure travel and are furnished to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
All of our rooms include complimentary WiFi, digital flat screen television and complimentary water and tea & coffee making facilities.
Single
Exceptionally good value when travelling alone on business or pleasure, our single rooms have all the comforts of our larger rooms but with a smaller footprint. In most cases, when booking single rooms we make every effort to upgrade our single travellers to larger rooms where available.
