Pork and prawn dumplings steamed in Chinese bamboo baskets

 

 Cod fillets marinated in Malay spices served on a bed of mixed salad leaves or Puff pastry

with a carrots, peas and potatoes filling (V)

 

Main Course

Medallions of beef flavoured with aromatic lemon grass, served with rice and seasonal vegetables

 

Tiger prawns crisply fried and accompanied with asparagus, baby corn and new potatoes

 

Fragrant stir fried rice with and seasonal vegetables, garnished with omelette strips (V)

 

Slow cooked lamb served with Roti Chanai, white radish and lentil sauce
