Now that you have decided
on your Wedding day, there are many things which need to
be organised. Our wedding package below sets out our
'in-house services' together with suggestions for other
services which you may require for your important
occasion.
The Invitations
Wedding invitations are
normally printed externally and personalised to your
guest list. We will produce the programme for the
reception (at a nominal cost of £1 each) which includes
the itinerary for the day, menu choices and location
map. A programme is required for the service and we
would be happy to assist with any of your design and
printing requirements.
The Wedding Breakfast
For your close friends and
relatives, this will be a grand affair with three
courses, coffee and chocolates. Choose from three
acclaimed menus ~ Colonial (£25.95), Raffles (£23.95)
and Coconut Lagoon (£19.95) . Our chefs would be pleased
to discuss any variations from these menus or special
dietary requirements.
Guest Drinks
The welcome drinks
normally would comprise red and white wine (£2.25 a
glass) and fruit juices (£1.20 a glass). You may serve
bucks fizz (£4.75) or one of our speciality cocktails
(£4.75) to add a touch of splendour to your day. For the
wedding breakfast it is customary to provide half a
bottle of wine per person . Our extensive range of wines
start from £9.95 for a bottle of house wine to £19.00
for Chablis and £20.25 for Chateauneuf du Pape. For the
toast, choose either sparkling wine (£4.50 per glass) or
house champagne (£5.25 per glass). You may wish to
celebrate with a novelty size bottle of champagne such
as a jeroboam or methuselah, and after the toast the
bottle is yours to keep.
The Evening Reception
The evening reception
would be for all your friends (including those at the
wedding breakfast) to wish you success for the future.
We suggest a light finger buffet (hot and cold items)
and prices range from £15 per person.
Vintage Cars
We can arrange vintage
cars and limousine on request. Payable direct to the
company.
Photography This important
area must be organised well in advanced. We can furnish
you with a list of local suppliers.
Flowers
Typical items include the
bride bouquets, buttonholes, church and reception
flowers. We work with local suppliers and prepare a
quotation as per your specification.
Toastmaster
Toastmasters add formality
and splendour to your day.
Cakes Cakes range from
sponge to fruit cakes. If you advise us of your wedding
cake idea, we can get quotation from our suppliers.
Other Services
We would be delighted to
assist with suggestions for balloons, dress hire, music,
beauty treatments and much more.
